NORTHWIND
Northwind is a great example of a good public/private partnership that meets the goals of all parties involved.  This project will meet the City of Cincinnati's goal of increasing home ownership and the community will enjoy 25 new single family homes, in bungalow style architecture, that will mesh with the existing neighborhood.

Previously, this land was reserved by the State of Ohio for a future roadway.  This usage was not desired by the community and the state deeded over the property to the City of Cincinnati. NorthPointe Group responded to a RFP by the city and was selected as the preferred developer.

Located at Kirby Avenue & Robley Avenue, Northwind will feature homes offering both rear and front entry garages, sidewalks and post lights in front of each home. Adjacent to a treescaped linear park, complete with new picnic area, this connected community is less than a mile walk to the Northside Business District.

In the spirit of minimizing our impact on the environment, NorthPointe Group's clearing and grading operations are working as closely as possible with the existing typopgraphy of the land.
