The final community phase in the Villages of Daybreak is under construction for the September 17-25 home show. Citirama will feature six single family homes ranging in price from $225,000 to $325,000. The participating builders are Drees Homes, Potterhill Homes, Maronda Homes, Perry Bush Building Group, Brookstone Homes and Willig Greystone Custom Homes.
National Homeownership Month will be kicked off Wednesday, June 1 at 10:00am with the Citirama Groundbreaking Ceremony. The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, September 15th at 10:00am. Public admission will be daily from Saturday, September 17th through Sunday, September 25th. The show hours are 4:00 -9:00pm Monday –Thursday and 12:00 noon – 9:00pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
