NorthPointe Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage firm in Ohio and Kentucky, which specializes in new construction.  Our clients include small to large builders, providing multiple listing service representation for their homes and land.

Many times builders have in house sales representatives which does not require a full service real estate company.  We offer a flat fee limited service MLS option to make selling more cost effective.

Listing Services

Cincinnati was the first city to institute broker reciprocity.  This allows member brokers to post all properties in the multiple listing service on their websites.  With over 100 member sites the multiple listing service has become an important advertising vehicle to potential buyers and agents.

NorthPointe Realty is unique in that we are a limited service listing provider.  We work with builders who already have in-house sales representation and do not need a full service provider.  For a flat fee, we give builders the opportunity to have MLS representation, but handle sales transactions in house.
