Planning is Jeff's passion.  Aiming at the goal, outlining a strategic game plan and establishing the systems & procedures for execution of the plan, is Jeff's platform.  He understands the real estate business is complex and laden with risks and, therefore, strives to align business process and resources for competitive advantage and optimum results.  Jeff brings an eye for pinpoint detail and technical expertise to every project he undertakes.

Specialties
Jeff has been involved with the planning, zoning, value engineering and construction of over 5700 lots for the single family and multi-family residential real estate industry.  His work can be seen in both the urban and suburban landscapes of Greater Cincinnati and other areas of the Midwest.  Regardless of the type of development or the location, Jeff maximizes the value with his tenacious, creative approach to planning the land and researching every possible opportunity.  His attention to detail benefits all the partners involved including the end user of the product.

Background
Twenty five years experience in the industry and working for several of the top development companies in the Midwest region, has allowed Jeff to work on many different types of real estate projects, many, of which, have been recognized as premier residential communities.

He is highly regarded in his industry by his peers, as acknowledged by, being elected to three separate terms on the Ohio Valley Development Council Board of Directors.
