For the first quarter fo 2012 103 single family permits were issued in the top 10 developments in the Greater Cincinnati/NKY/Dayton 12 county region. Four of the ten are located within the Cincinnati market area, 3 are located in the Dayton market area and 3 are located in the N. Kentucky market area. These 103 permits represent 16% of the total single family detached permit volume for the region.
