After 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate construction and development, Rick's skill set brings creative, outside the box, opportunities to his partnerships.  He has utilized historic tax credits and tax incentives to make projects financially work and has negotiated with Design Review Boards and Historic Conservation Boards to achieve an equitable position for all.  These abilities have helped Rick successfully secure projects in competitive bid scenarios.
