Experience with traditional brokerage institutions, with full service operations, steered him to evaluate the different needs of the building companies. Small, medium and large volume builders all have varied approaches to selling their product. Many of these companies' needs are not met in the "one size fits all" traditional package. This opportunity motivated Matt to fill that need through the NorthPointe Realty brokerage service. Background Matt has been in real estate almost 20 years. He has given back to his industry through his active involvement in the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. Twice he has been elected to the position of President of the Sales & Marketing Council. Matt also served four years on the HBA Board of Directors. |
