Buyer Services

In addition to traditional residential transactions, NorthPointe Realty is well poised to assist you in finding a home in the foreclosure market. NorthPointe's Matt O'Connor is an investor, but also offers an exclusive buyer service program. If you have the funds to close quickly and the patience to find that great deal, Matt has a preferred buyer program for you. Matt only works with one exclusive buyer per price range. He deals exclusively with banks and foreclosure agenst, so you know about the deals first. To participate in our buyer services program you must be either:

• A cash buyer
• An investor
• A buyer with a minimum of 20% down and loan preapproval

In addition you should be able to:

• Sign a no contingency contract
• Close in 30 days
